The peak of Engagement Season is behind us and while this “season” wont be gone until February, we are into the time of year where couples are looking to begin their search for the perfect wedding stationery. While Save the Dates aren’t considered a mandatory item unless you are getting married over a holiday or popular travel time, many couples these days are choosing to send out some kind of save the date to let their family and friends know they’ve set their date.
Save the dates come in many shapes and sizes and styles. Just a couple years ago magnets were everywhere and everyone was looking for them. Then we started hearing couples tell us that they didn’t want a magnet because everyone was using them. Trends do some and go beyond just styles. The key is to have fun. Save the dates are the one thing that you can really express yourselves as a couple and they don’t need to match your wedding. Now is the time to be creative!
With the new outlook for Raspberry Creative this year, we are excited to share with you some new save the date designs fresh for 2018. Our approach is a more simple, classic and timeless look though we are always happy to accommodate any look or style in our custom designs.
As a lover of florals and natural elements, you may notice that many of my new 2018 designs also feature these more organic elements as a way to add color and interest. Flowers and greenery never go out of style! Below is a round up of some of my favorites but be sure to check out our Etsy shop and soon our online shop to see all the latest designs.
Do you have a favorite or is there a style or color you’d like to see? Leave a comment below and let us know!
Coming Up: Friday I’ll be sharing the “Anatomy of a Save the Date” covering all the information that needs to be include and what doesn’t.
