Danielle scheduled her appointment online so we didn’t really know much about her wedding until our first consultation. We hit it off with her right away and ideas flowed for her wedding invitations. How can you go wrong with mint and silver? Danielle wanted glam but still tasteful. She was immediately drawn to a pocketfold style invitation and the rest easily fell into place.
The outer envelope is silver shimmer which is a subtle metallic. The envelope is lined in a printed white liner that ties in with the invitation design.
The mint green pocketfold is set off with the silver glitter belly band and two layer tag. Danielle chose to go with just their initials and wedding date on the tag.
Inside the pocketfold, the invitation is simple and classic. The scroll design mimics the pattern on the liner and the mint green printing for their names perfectly matches the mint green pocketfold.
The matching enclosure cards (the response card and accommodations card) were designed to coordinate with the invitation but the scroll design was printed in mint to offset the invitation. To save money, the couple opted to go with a standard white response envelope which works perfectly because it blends in leaving the design as the focal point.
Playing up what they love most about their invitations, Danielle and Max requested custom table numbers and some signs for their reception. Using the same silver glitter paper and mint green paper, we created one-of-a-kind pieces that are simple yet make a statement.
Using a special cutting machine, we designed and cut table numbers out of silver glitter paper for their tables. These will be framed and placed on the tables at their reception.
We also designed these pretty signs to be placed at their reception. The sign shown is for their cocktail bar and will be framed. We used the same silver glitter paper for the background. For the printed piece, we used white shimmer paper to continue that glitzy look. To make the mint pop, we added mint paper as a backer frame between the white and silver papers. We just love how the signs turned out.
Thanks Danielle and Max for choosing to work with us. We enjoyed the entire process and wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness together!
