I’m be lying if I said our stress levels are low right now. Summer is by far our busiest time of the year and when we juggle so many projects at once, keeping things straight can be a challenge. On top of that, our internet service has not be reliable for the past week. When so much of this business is web based, it’s difficult to keep moving forward when there is no internet.
All of that aside, we have been getting lots of things done. I love that we get to do such a variety of projects for so many unique people.
Emily picked up her invitations this week. Jen and I both absolutely fell in love with her unique color combination of teal and mint. I think you’ll be seeing more of those colors from us.
We shipped out a version of these rehearsal dinner invitations this week. The whole string lights look is growing on me. We’ve been playing around with some alternative designs too.
I think the not-quite-finished save the date bookmark, door hanger and program will soon make their appearance in our Etsy shop.
Our Best Day Ever programs continue to be a popular design. These were both Etsy orders. Coral is a popular color and neutrals continue to be big as well.
The plates have finally arrived for a big letterpress project. I’m both excited and scared to death about getting these invitations right!
We’ve also been doing some test runs and some work-ahead assembly on those save invitations. This invitation is going to be something special!
On a personal note, during my morning walk on Thursday I spotted this rainbow. The sky was beautiful that morning with shades of pinks and blues and purples.
