There’s something magical about the start of a new year. It’s a fresh page, a blank canvas, and an exciting opportunity to reflect, reset, and refocus. For me, personally and professionally, the start of 2025 feels extra special. Raspberry Creative, LLC is entering a brand-new chapter, filled with ambitious goals, big dreams, and a renewed sense of purpose.

As a business owner, I find the beginning of the year to be both inspiring and overwhelming. It’s a time to review the highs and lows of the past year, learn from them, and chart a path forward. Today, I want to take you behind the scenes and share some of the goals I’ve set for Raspberry Creative in 2025. My hope is that by sharing these goals with you, our amazing community of clients and supporters, I can stay accountable, build stronger connections, and inspire you to set goals of your own—whatever your dreams may be.

The Theme for 2025: Growth, Innovation, and Connection

This year, I’ve set SMART goals for Raspberry Creative—goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. These goals represent a roadmap to help me take the business to the next level while staying true to what I love most: helping couples and families create beautiful, meaningful stationery for life’s most important moments.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at where Raspberry Creative is headed in 2025:

1. Increasing Sales Revenue by 25%

It’s no secret that small businesses face challenges—especially in the ever-evolving wedding and event industry. Over the past couple of years, I’ve worked hard to maintain Raspberry Creative’s momentum, but 2025 is all about growth.

To achieve a 25% increase in sales revenue, I’ll be focusing on improving our marketing efforts, expanding our product offerings, and optimizing our sales channels, including the website, Etsy shop, and a brand-new Shopify store. The goal is to grow revenue steadily each month, increasing by 2% each month to meet that 25% annual target. It’s ambitious, but I’m confident that with focus and determination, it’s absolutely achievable.

2. Launching 3 New Product Lines by Q3

One of the things I love most about Raspberry Creative is the opportunity to innovate and create. In 2025, I’ll be dedicating time each week to product development and plan to launch three new product lines by September.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in the works:

  • Customizable Digital Templates: Perfect for couples who want beautiful stationery on a budget or a quicker turnaround time.
  • Eco-Friendly Options: Sustainable designs created with recycled materials and environmentally conscious processes.
  • Luxury Printed Designs: High-end options featuring specialty finishes like letterpress, foil stamping, and die-cut details for those seeking bespoke elegance.

Each new collection will be designed with a specific audience in mind, helping Raspberry Creative cater to a broader range of clients.

3. Growing Our Instagram Following by 50%

Instagram has always been an important platform for Raspberry Creative. It’s where I connect with engaged couples, share inspiration, and showcase the work I’m so passionate about. This year, I’m committed to increasing our Instagram following by 50%, which translates to adding about 3,000 new followers.

To make that happen, I’ll be:

  • Posting consistently with a mix of Reels, Stories, and carousel posts.
  • Sharing more behind-the-scenes content to give followers a glimpse into the creative process.
  • Investing in targeted ads to reach couples who are just starting their wedding planning journey.

4. Achieving a 10% Conversion Rate on Our Shopify Site

I’m thrilled to announce that Raspberry Creative will be adding Shopify to our list of sales channels in 2025! This platform will allow me to create a more seamless shopping experience for our clients, with improved navigation, mobile responsiveness, and an optimized checkout process.

The goal is to achieve a 10% conversion rate by Q4, which means I’ll be focusing on user experience, SEO, and strategic marketing to drive traffic to the site and turn visitors into customers. With a combination of data-driven strategies and creative flair, I’m excited to see how this new chapter unfolds.

5. Doubling Our Email List Subscribers by Q2

Email marketing is one of the most effective ways to connect with our customers, and in 2025, I’m aiming to double our subscriber list by June. Growing the list to 2,000 subscribers will allow me to stay in touch with more of you, sharing exclusive offers, wedding tips, and updates about our newest products and services.

To achieve this, I’ll be creating new lead magnets, such as free wedding stationery guides and planning checklists, as well as designing personalized email campaigns tailored to different audiences.
