WEDDING COLLECTION ORDERING PROCESS

1. PICK YOUR SUITE

Have you found your perfect suite? Browse through our selection of wedding suites and find the one that is just right for your wedding.   Look through the list of available options and add-ons for customizing the suite and find the options that are perfect for your style and budget.

3. CUSTOMIZE YOUR DESIGN

You can customize all of the wording, ink color of text, paper and envelopes.  The general design, artwork and layout will remain the same unless you add the “customize my design” option to your package.  This allows us to keep the timeline and price lower than custom-designed packages.

5. SUBMIT YOUR WORDING

Once your order is complete, you will receive a form to fill out that will provide us with all of the wording to use in your suite and to provide any additional information we need to know so that we can begin working on your proofs.  Once this is submitted, we will contact you within 1 business day if there are missing details or if we have any questions.  Please note:  We will not start any proofs until we have received ALL of your required information.

7. APPROVAL TO PRINT AND FINAL PAYMENT

When no additional changes are needed and your proof is perfect, you will receive a print release form to go through and sign.  Once submitted, no additional changes can be made to your order.  This is also when your final payment will be due.  Production will start after we have received both your signed and submitted print release and your payment in full.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When your order is complete, you will be notified with tracking details.  Your suite will be shipped to the address you provided via USPS Priority with tracking and insurance and a signature required for delivery.

2. CONSIDER ORDERING A SAMPLE

Samples are a great way for you to hold the suite in your hands before placing an order. Suite are not customized in any way and in most cases are sent exactly how you see them in the listing photos.  Each sample is $10 and typically ship in 2-3 business days. If, for some reason, samples will take longer, you will be notified of the estimated timing.   Customers who order samples and then purchase a full suite will be credited the cost of their sample. 

4. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Once you have decided on the perfect suite, the add-on items you want to include, and know your quantity, you can check out and pay your 50% retainer.  That’s when it gets fun!  You will receive a welcome email that includes your next steps so that the proofing process can begin.  This will also add you to our client management system  which allows you to access of your documents at any time along the way.

6. THE PROOFING PROCESS

After you have submitted your wording form, you will receive the first proof of your suite within 3 business days. If customizations are needed, it could take an additional 3-5 days. You will be allowed three complimentary rounds of revisions to your suite before final approval is required.  Additional rounds are $25/round.

8. PRODUCTION

Production can take approximately 2-4 weeks depending on which suite you ordered, the chosen print method, and what add-ons or other upgrades you have chosen. This time is crucial and allows us to have your suite perfectly printed, assembled, and quality assured.
