Vellum Jackets Only
If you have purchased our vellum jackets alone without purchasing the matching wedding invitation then you will be responsible for folding and closing the jackets yourself.
Vellum jackets, when purchased alone, are shipped flat and unscored. Vellum is a fragile, plastic-like material that requires a delicate touch. To avoid cracking or breaking, gentle hand-folding is recommended and will produce beautiful results.
Our vellum jackets have been designed to create a slight overlap once folded. This will allow for various thicknesses of invitations and additional enclosure cards. Some customers have had success with gently scoring their jackets before folding. Because we don’t recommend this, trying this method is at your own risk.
We highly recommend that you place your invitation onto the vellum and center it as best you can and then fold your vellum jacket around your invitation one side at a time making sure not to press too hard on the fold to cause cracking. you can then slide any additional enclosure cards, including RSVP, into the jacket from the top or bottom.
The vellum jacket will not stay closed on its own and will require twine, ribbon, a belly band or wax seal to keep it closed. Again, do not crease your jackets too hard or cracking will occur.

Below are a couple of options for scoring if this is the route you choose. Raspberry Creative is not responsible for damage to your vellum jackets if you decide to score prior to folding.
Wax Seals Only
If you are purchasing wax seals without ordering our wedding invitations, you will be responsible for purchasing adhesive on your own to attach them to your project. See below for a couple suggestions.
Wax seals are made by hand in house and are made to order in the stamp design and color you request. Because wax seals are handmade, they have an irregular/organic shape. Each seal can differ slighter in look, size, thickness and shape. Slight imperfections may be visible due to the nature of this product.
Again, our wax seals do not include adhesive or stickers. These are meant to be ordered as part of a wedding invitation package. If ordering wax seals without our invitations, you will be responsible for finding and purchasing your own adhesive.
