All of our wedding invitation suites can be purchased as a 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 piece basic suite.
To begin the ordering process, click the “order” button above or below. This will take you to the order are where you simply work your way down the form selecting the pieces, add-ons and upgrades (or none) that you wish to include. Pricing for each piece is shown and a tally of your order total will auto calculate at the bottom for your convenience.
Once you have completed the order form, click the submit button and you’ll immediately be taken to our Terms & Conditions and your Invoice. All orders, excluding rush orders, require a 50% non-refundable retainer to get started with the balance due at the time of final art approval, before your order prints.
An order is considered complete and ready for us to begin work only after the order is submitted, Terms & Conditions signs and Invoice for the 50% retainer paid.
Once your order is submitted, you will immediately be sent our wording form to complete. This is where you’ll provide your wording for all the pieces you’ve included in your package, as well as request design changes, ask questions, etc.
Once this form is complete and submitted, most proofs are sent within 3-5 business days.
Proofing: Our proofing process is easy and streamlined. We’ll walk you through each piece, step-by-step to ensure that no detail is forgotten. Each order includes three rounds of changes after the initial proofs. When no additional changes are needed, you’ll be sent a final approval form that walks you through each piece one final time. Once submitted, your order will immediately be moved into production (printing, cutting, assembly, etc.)
Most orders, from start to finish, take 4-6 weeks from order date to shipping. This will vary depending on quantity, add-ons and upgrades. For letterpress, foil and thermography, add at least an additional 2-3 weeks for printing.
