Raspberry Creative, LLC’s semi-custom suites are carefully designed for beauty and functionality. I cannot offer major changes to any piece beyond the personalization options stated on the product page. You can learn more about the process here.
When you receive your digital proof, you are solely responsible for all possible errors, such as spelling, date, punctuation, spacing, alignment, etc. After your item has been approved and sent to print, I cannot make any further changes. If your item has been sent to print with an error that you failed to correct during the proofing process, you will be responsible for any reprinting costs regardless of where the error originated.
You have a total of three (3) rounds of digital proofs. If additional rounds of proofs are required, there is a $20 charge for each additional round which must be paid prior to changes being made.
Your stationery will be shipped assembled as much as possible. We do not stuff your envelopes for you. If applicable, any backers, belly bands, vellum jackets, envelope liners, etc. will be assembled but you will have to assemble your suites and stuff your envelopes.
Folded cards, such as programs, escort cards, thank you cards, etc. will be scored for easy folding but will be shipped flat.
Color is an important aspect of all artwork. It is important to note that what you see on screen will not look exactly like what you see in print. This is because all monitors and screens are calibrated differently as well as between RGB color (how screens display color) and CMYK (color on printed paper).
I try my very best to accurately represent color to you but some differences may still be noticeable.
It is also important to note that some stationery pieces are printed on different printers and may result in a slight difference in color. This is not an error. Neither the printer nor I (Raspberry Creative) can guarantee an exact color match.
This is also true with reprints or additional quantities. One print run to another may not yield identical results. Again, this is not a mistake, it’s simply the nature of printing in CMYK.
Once your order has been placed, most proofs are sent within 1-3 business days. If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, photos or other artwork to be included in your design, etc.) I cannot proceed with your order until such information has been provided. I may follow up with you regarding this information, but it is ultimately your sole responsibility to provide your complete information.
If you are including a photograph or other artwork on your stationery item you are responsible for providing it to us in a timely manner and in a high-resolution image format. Failure to do so may result in poor print quality or delays in production.
No proofs or design work will begin until ALL required information and/or photos, files, etc. have been received; therefore, all production timelines that may have been provided to you cannot be guaranteed until and unless you provide us with all the necessary details and information.
We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the design and production of your order due to your failure to provide us with any and all necessary information.
All production times assume a response time of roughly 24-36 hours after a proof, or revised proof has been sent to the customer. Delays in responses will impact the timeline of your order and Raspberry Creative is not responsible for rushing or prioritizing orders that have been delayed due to long response times. Please plan accordingly when you place your order, making sure you know how to access messages via Etsy either through email notifications or by checking into your account regularly.
Please note: If reviewing proofs on your phone, Etsy’s app will not allow you to open or view the entire proof. You must view proofs through a web browser.
The pricing listed is the full retail price in US dollars. RC is required to collect sales tax from you even if you reside in a state where we have no physical presence. We are also required to collect PA sales tax on shipping as well.
In order to make the shipping process easy, the cost of shipping has been included in the price of the stationery. All physical orders totaling a cost of $800 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which may take between 2-3 business days depending on your location. All orders totalling a cost of less than $800 will be shipped USPS Ground which may take between 2-5 business days depending on your location. USPS Ground is not guaranteed so longer transit times are possible. Please note: there are no Saturday deliveries.
At the time of purchase, all orders may be purchased with upgraded shipping to Priority or Express regardless of the order total. Simply make those selections in the checkout window before completing. Please note: Shipping upgrades are on shipping method only and do not rush the production time or move up the ship date of your order.
Once an order is shipped, I (Raspberry Creative) can no longer be responsible for its handling. A tracking number will automatically be assigned to the shipment, but I will have no access to information regarding the progress of the shipment beyond the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Because I ultimately cannot control the final timeline of the shipment once it has been turned over to the mail carrier, I strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid any delays. I (Raspberry Creative) is not responsible for any loss(es), delay(s), or damage(s) incurred during shipment.
Insurance is not included in your shipping. If you wish to add insurance, please let me know and I will add an invoice for this accordingly. Also, if the client/customer fails to provide information in a timely manner, any fees applied to expedite the order will be paid by the client.
In some instances, rush orders may be requested if the client/customer requires their order sooner than the standard timeline. All rush orders must be approved by me (Raspberry Creative) PRIOR to any purchase to ensure that the condensed timeline is something that can be accommodated.
Rush fees are 25% of the order total or a minimum of $50. This means if 25% of your order total (orders under $200) does not equal at least $50, the rush fee is $50.
Rush orders are considered Custom Orders and are not eligible for any sale, coupon, or discount code regardless of any current sales or promotions.
Because our stationery productions are made-to-order specifically to your specifications and with your personalizations, orders are not eligible for a return, exchange, or cancellation. If there is a printing error due to a mistake on my part or if there are smudges, streaks, or other misprints due to something in the printing process, the item will be reprinted at no cost to you. If there is an error in the proof provided to you and you approve the incorrect design and/or wording, layout, etc., you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting. No exceptions.
By purchasing any stationery from Raspberry Creative, there is no transfer of rights of any artwork, fonts, images, designs, etc. All designs, images, works of art, and products displayed, advertised, and/or sold on this website or in our Etsy shop, or on any item you order therefrom are the sole property and copyright of Raspberry Creative, LLC, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. All content on this site is copyrighted upon its creation and is governed by the United States Copyright Act of 1976 (USCA). No design, image, work of art, or product sold on this website or provided to you at any stage of the design process shall be deemed a work made for hire under the USCA unless explicitly stated otherwise.
That means that no text, graphics, works of art, or any part of any stationery you purchase from Raspberry Creative, in part or in whole, may be copied, reused, “lifted”, recreated or otherwise used for any other purpose without a formal written request and explicit approval from Raspberry Creative. Licensing fees apply.
