If you are interested in a design that includes a wedding logo or wedding crest and you would like you use your own logo or crest for consistency throughout your wedding stationery, we are more than happy to swap out our design for yours at no additional cost as long as you follow this list of requirements:
Etsy Customers must submit their logo/crest via Etsy messages as a PNG, PDF or EPS. We will not accept JPG or other formats that are not suited for high-resolution printing. Be sure to message us through your order page so your message is connected to your order. DO NOT USE “I need help” messaging for sending your files.
All other customers must submit their logo/crest via Dubsado forms or via email to bra@raspberry-creative.com Accepted formats for your logo are PNG, PDF or EPS. All other formats will be rejected.
Please note: We are not able to copy a logo from your wedding invitations or ther stationery purchased from another stationery vendor. We can only accept logos/crests that have either been designed by the customer or those logos/crests purchased for the purpose of using on wedding stationery regardless of vendor.
Your logo or crest must be ready-to-print. We will not perform editing on your logo or crest of any kind. We will insert your file exactly as provided and size to fit our space. No other editing is possible.
In most cases, we are able to color match our text or other editable elements to your logo’s colors so that the design is cohesive and blended.
You may love your logo but not all logos/crests are created equally. Some logos we receive have very tiny text used for things like the wedding date which can become too small when used on smaller print items such as door hangers, reserved seating tags, etc. Raspberry Creative is NOT responsible for quality issues that arise due to reasons such as these.
