Step 1: Choose your Experience

Most couples prefer the Semi-Custom Experience with upgrades so that they can personalize an invitation they already love and really make it their own. For couples with a very specific vision that’s unlike anything else, we do take on a limited number of fully custom / from scratch projects each year.  Usually just a few per quarter so book early if this is the direction you want to go.

Still here?  I’m so glad!

Now it’s time to look at your options.  Here at Raspberry Creative, we offer three basic packages.  The Studio Package, the Semi-Custom Package and the Custom Package.

The studio package is basically you shopping directly from the shop (visit shop here).  These packages include minor customization and no add-on options.  Semi-Custom

Studio
Wedding Invitation Package

Our Studio Package is the most economical but doesn’t sacrifice style or quality.  In fact, if you’ve fallen head over heals in love with one of our invitations and simply want to personalize it with your wedding day details, this option is for you.

To get started, you simply browse our Etsy shop to find the perfect wedding invitation suite for your big day.

Just like the other packages, you still work one-on-one with our designers to edit and personalize your invitation but there are no options to add upgrades or custom design to these packages.

Our high-quality printing, thick cardstocks and envelope colors are still available to you at no extra charge.

Investment $400+
(based on average order)

Semi-Custom
Wedding Invitation Package

Most couples prefer our semi-custom package because it opens up the opportunity for more customization without the added cost of a fully custom package.  Semi-custom packages give more freedom for font selections, alterations to layout and more flexibility with colors just to name a few.

This also opens up our large selection of upgrades from letterpress and foil printing to double thick paper, vellum jackets and wax seals just to name a few.

Just like our studio package, you start by finding an invitation you love in our shop and instead of checking out, you use the button at the bottom of the page to fill out the semi-custom order form.

While the options aren’t limitless with this package, it does offer more ways to really make one of our studio designs your own plus you have the option to add any of the same add-ons and embellishments as our other packages.

Investment $600 – $1400
(based on average order size with basic add-ons)

Custom
Wedding Invitation Package

The sky is the limit!  Have a really unique idea and need help bringing it to life?  We’d love to see how we can bring your dreams to reality! We once custom stamped muslin bags and did letterpress enclosure cards for a completely unique and personal invitation set!  Plan ahead because we only take on a select number of custom projects each year (usually only 2-3 per quarter) so they book up fast.

From fully custom artwork to unique materials, you are only limited by your imagination.

Each project is priced individually based its unique requirements. To begin the conversation, head over to our contact page and use the button for the custom request inquiry.  There is never any obligation but at least it helps begin the conversation to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Printing Upgrades

foil printing

Foil Stamping

This luxury print method begins with your stationery  design being etched onto a metal plate called a foiling die.  This could be compared to a rubber stamp in a way.

The die is heated up, and a thin layer of foil is placed between the die and the paper. The die then applies pressure to the foil and the printing surface, causing the foil to permanently bond to the surface in the shape of the etched design (text, artwork, etc).

Letterpress Printing

Letterpress printing is the oldest form of printing dating back to gutemberg and the movable type.  The modern version of this method includes creating a photopolymer plate which includes raised areas representing the design and then ink is applied using rollers and using pressure the inked image is pressed onto the paper  leaving behind a debossed impression of the inked image on the cardstock.
